By scheduling, paying for, or attending any service, event, or workshop, you (the client) are acknowledging that you have read, accepted, willingly entered into, and agreed to the policies below.

Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

Disclaimer:

I am a certified NLP and EFT coach specializing in Emotional pain. I am not a licensed medical practitioner, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical therapist. My sessions are intended to offer guidance, support and offer powerful ,rapid transformational coping tools and strategies. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Waiver of Liability:

By having any sessions with me either in person or online (even if free of charge ) you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1.  Acknowledgement of Non-Medical Services:

o  I understand that Aria Buckler and Aria Buckler Coaching is providing coaching services and is not acting in the capacity of a licensed medical practitioner, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed medical therapist.

o  I acknowledge that coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

2.  Voluntary Participation:

o  I voluntarily seek coaching services from Aria Buckler and Aria Buckler Coaching and understand that participation in these services is at my own risk.

3.  Responsibility for Medical Care:

o  I agree to seek the advice of a licensed medical professional for any medical, psychological, or psychiatric issues I may be experiencing.

o  I understand that any actions or decisions I make based on the coaching sessions are my responsibility and I am responsible for consulting with a licensed professional as needed.

4.  Release and Waiver:

o  I release, waive, and discharge Aria Buckler and Aria Buckler Coaching from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence or otherwise, while participating in coaching sessions.

5.  Indemnification:

o  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aria Buckler and Aria Buckler Coaching from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may incur due to my participation in the coaching sessions.

Confidentiality:

I Aria Buckler understand that all information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless I provide written permission to share specific information. Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to self or others please see clause a through to e below.

a. Confidential Information
For the purpose of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" means any data or information, oral or written, disclosed by the Client to Aria Buckler and Aria buckler coaching that is not generally known to the public.

b. Obligations of Confidentiality
Aria Buckler and Aria buckler Coaching agrees to:

●  Maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information.

●  Not disclose the Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client.

●  Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of providing coaching services to the Client.

c. Exceptions to Confidentiality
The obligations of confidentiality shall not apply to any information that:

●  Is already known to Aria Buckler at the time of disclosure.

●  Is or becomes publicly known through no wrongful act of Aria Buckler

●  Is received from a third party without breach of any obligation of confidentiality.

●  Is required to be disclosed by law or regulation.

*** N.B Aria Buckler may describe similar situations as examples in her teachings, books, workshops or social media platforms. Such examples do not breach any confidentiality agreement and any similarities do not constitute a breach of this agreement.

d. Return of Materials
Upon termination of the coaching relationship, Aria Buckler agrees to return or destroy all materials containing Confidential Information.

e. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to confidentiality and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Note taking and Recording:

Clients are allowed to take notes during the session and record audio only. Video recording of the sessions is not permitted unless mutually agreed. All audio recordings and any recordings are for personal use only. Aria buckler and Aria Buckler Coaching does not grant permission to post any recordings, pictures, or videos containing their likeness or voice to any external source, third party, internet site, or social media without expressed written permission. The client gives permission for Aria Buckler and Aria Buckler Coaching to use some session material in print or discussion in accordance to the confidentiality clauses above and without ever revealing their identity unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

All services and payments are non-refundable. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled since payment covers the scheduled time with Aria Buckler.

Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance can be rescheduled once. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled again, it will be forfeited with no refund. 

If the client arrives late either online or in person, the end time of the appointment slot remains unchanged, and no extensions can be given due to back-to-back sessions. Aria Buckler will wait for 15 minutes, and if the client does not arrive, it is considered a no-show, and the appointment will be cancelled. 

Time Zone:

All appointment times listed here and booked are in London GMT time. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they attend the appointment at the correct specified time.

Testimonials:

Where a written testimonial is given by you in any format, Aria Buckler and Aria Buckler Coaching is permitted to share it on any platform freely without further permission required.

***By participating in any sessions online or in person, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability. I agree to these terms and conditions and confirm that I am of legal age and legally competent to agree to the terms of this document.
